CONGESTION MITIGATION IN DISTRIBUTION NETWORK BY INTEGRATED DISTRIBUTED GENERATIONS FOR IMPROVING VOLTAGE PROFILES AND MINIMIZING THE LOSSES

In electrical power systems, unexpected outage of transmission sudden increase loads, the exit generators from service, and equipment failure, leads to a contingency occurring on one or several lines. The loads must be within specified state lines should not exceed thermal limits. One important methods used alleviate reduce congestion by injected Distributed Generation (DG) an optimal siting sizing in distribution network that achieves improvement voltage profile as well losses. First, achieve best goals this paper is determined lines, index has been called (Active Power Flow Performance Index) (PIRPF) equation (Line Sensitivity (LFSI) for finding optimum site Generation. Second, determine size distributed generators, Genetic Algorithm (GA) used. Also, research was distinguished choosing new sites sizes according GA obtain desired results. Finally, these methodologies were applied IEEE-30 bus ring using MATPOWER Version 6.0, 16-Dec-2016 program MATLAP R2018a environment.
